The think piece “Growing the Circle of Service: Towards a more collaborative approach to recruitment is written by Ted Adams who works for the Peace Corps. This piece discusses the ‘Circle of Service’ approach from Peace Corps as an opportunity for enhanced impact and collaboration in the area of volunteer recruitment and programming. The piece explores how the agency is launching this pilot initiative to leverage the circular nature of volunteering, working in solidarity with multiple strategic partners to drive more citizens to serve and leverage the commitment of service alumni networks across their own domestic volunteer sectors.
