NExt Board Leaders Programme Handbook

<p dir="ltr">This handbook, developed by the Public Policy and Management Research Group (Northumbria University), documents a five-day executive education CPD programme designed for future health system service leaders. The programme aligns to and targets key dimensions on the NHS Leadership Competency Framework for Board Members. The programme addresses the challenges facing health system leaders, such as escalating demand, limited resources, and increasing complexity. Summaries are given for each of the learning days, followed by a resources section detailing suggested further reading.</p>
